- Gentle reader: I moved to Portland on Sept 16 2007 after nine years in columbus, Oh. I spent very little time here before moving because i am a daredevil and take after my mother in that respect. People reassure me that portland is great and it will be ok. this blog is about my discoveries.

I know - I haven't yet recovered and I might have to stop listening to NPR in the morning because I shouldn't get that angry in the morning.
